World Bank funded project with 433 Million USD, sindh couldn’t deliver and only 5 Million USD transferred my World Bank because of pair delivery of Sindh Govt. Health Minister accepted that loan converts to soft grant based on performance. Sindh lacks delivery to reduce stunting as per previous survey it was 48% and as per recent report it has increased to 51%.
